  • Do I need a base bracelet? 
    • Nope! Individual italian charms connect together to create your bracelet, no base needed.
  • How many charms do I need? 
  • What are the charms made of? 
    • Our charms are made of Stainless Steel. Gold charms have a thin 18k coat. Some pendant/dangle charms may contain copper or other alloys.
  • Do they tarnish?
    • Italian charms are stainless steel and are tarnish-resistant. Gold coating on gold charms will show wear over time. Do keep them away from harsh chemicals or perfumes.

  • Are they waterproof? 
    • Charms, yes. Watches, no.
    • Italian charms can get wet, though we recommend keeping them dry and away from perfumes and harsh chemicals to keep them looking their best.
    • We do not recommend taking them in chlorinated/saltwater as there are springs inside that may not tolerate the harsh water. 
  • What if my charm is defective or breaks? 
    • Italian charms are super sturdy but nothing is perfect. Please reach out to us within 30 days or so if your charm/watch is defective.

  • Is your online selection the same as your in person selection? 
    • No, we are always adding charms and our in-person selection is larger than our online selection though we may sell out of some charms in person but still have them online! 
  • I'm looking for a specific charm - can you help?
    • Yes! We love when you tell us what we're looking for, we will do our best to get it in for you.
  • How Can I add/remove/move around my charms? Here's a video showing how with and without a tool.
