We want you to love your Bellivita purchase! Because each Italian charm bracelet is custom-created with the charms you choose, please review our policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have questions before purchasing, we're always happy to help!

30-Day Manufacturing Defect Policy

If you believe your Bellivita bracelet or watch has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number, or approximate purchase date for market purchases, and photos of the issue.

We'll review the issue and, if it is determined that there is a manufacturing defect, we'll repair, replace, or otherwise make it right.

This policy covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

  • Normal wear
  • Gold coating wear over time
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper care or misuse
  • Damage caused by exposure to water or other liquids for watches
  • Individual skin reactions or sensitivities

Jewelry Care

Our Italian charms are made from stainless steel and are not expected to tarnish. Gold-colored charms have a thin gold coating that will naturally show wear over time.

Italian charms can get wet during normal everyday wear, but to help keep your bracelet looking its best, we recommend keeping them dry and avoiding exposure to chlorine, saltwater, perfumes, lotions, and other harsh chemicals. Keeping your bracelet clean and dry whenever possible will help extend its life.

Because Italian charm bracelets fit more closely against the skin than many traditional bracelets, we recommend keeping your bracelet clean and dry whenever possible for the most comfortable wear.

Our watches are not waterproof and should not be submerged in water. Damage resulting from water exposure is not considered a manufacturing defect.
